Our Anniversary Weekend!

Since Mark has classes on Tuesdays, which is when our anniversary is, we decided to celebrate over the weekend. It was soooo fun!

On Friday night, we went out to eat at Taco Bell, one of our favorites. Then we went to Wal Mart to buy our gift to each other. We bought Mario Kart Wii. We got to wheels and came home and played until really late. Then I made sticky buns for breakfast the next morning.

Saturday, we got up and baked the sticky buns while we got ready for the temple. We ate almost all of them. They were so good. Then we went to the temple. We thought it would be fun to do sealings since it was for our anniversary, so we went upstairs to do that and they said we were the only ones, so we couldn't do it. So we ran downstairs to the endowment session, right as they closed the door and said, "sorry, we are full." So, we went down one more floor to see if we could do initiatory's, and they were full. So we just waited for the next session. It ended up great though, cause we got to be the witness couple. It was so fun. Then we went to Applebees and got our food to go so we could go home and play Wii. Then we went grocery shopping and bought 2 HUGE pumpkins to carve for FHE. Then we went to the theater to watch "Dark Knight." It was pretty good.

Sunday, we relaxed a lot and played some more Wii. (I know, probably not the best thing for Sunday.) For lunch, I made Chicken Cordon Bleu, white chocolate dipped strawberries, biscuits and grapes. It was yummy!

What a fun weekend!
