Happy Valentines Day! What were we thinking?

OK, so we had a great Valentines Day, but we weren't thinking quite straight. We decided that it would be fun to go swimming. SO we got up early, packed and drove to Lava Hot Springs. We packed a lunch and thought we would eat before we went swimming so that we wouldn't freeze. Well, that was the plan, but that's not what we did. When we got there, we were so cold and excited to go swimming that we forgot our plan and went and changed into our swim suits. We locked our coats and camera in our lockers. We met back outside and said "What are we doing, we haven't eaten yet." So we wrapped our little, tiny towels around us and snuggled up on a bench to try to eat. We were so cold, we shut the cooler and ran to the water. It felt so good. After being in the water for a while, we got hot enough to get out and try to eat. By the time we had our food on our plates, we were freezing. So we jumped back in, got out and ate and jumped back in and so on and so forth. It was a lot of fun, and we were laughing pretty hard by the time we were done.

So anyway, we finished eating in the car cause it was just too cold. What were we thinking?

When we got home we pushed our couches together and watched a bunch on movies. Then we made an awesome dinner (together). We made BBQ wings with Famous Dave's Sweet and Zest (soooooooo good), strawberries dipped in chocolate and a big salad with all the toppings. We drank Sparkling Cider. It was soooooooo yummy! It was a great day!
